*Access and deletion requests are denied when we are unable to verify the identity of the requestor. Due to the pseudonymous nature of the data we collect on the Platform, we were unable to verify that the consumers who made access and deletion requests were tied to any identifiers in our records, and therefore denied the requests. In instances where we are unable to verify a requestor, we direct them to other choices they may make with respect to the data that may have been collected and used for showing ads, including The Trade Desk's opt-out located at http://www.adservr.org. Opting out causes the data associated with the consumer's device on our Platform to be deleted or disassociated from their device.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information. Under CCPA, California consumers have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. To provide our services on our Platform, we may sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. If you would like to opt-out of such sales, please visit http://www.adsrvr.org. TD does not have actual knowledge that we sell personal information of minors under the age of sixteen (16).
